- You agree to treat other readers, members, and commenters with respect.
- Personal attacks on others will not be tolerated.
- Metal Underground.com has the right and ability to ban users (i.e. disable any and all user accounts) who do not adhere to the TOS, at the sole discretion of the site administrator.
- You agree that Metal Underground.com cannot be held liable for any damages or consequences (physical, mental, monetary or otherwise) resulting from using this site, whatever those may be, I cannot imagine... The internet is full of assholes, so don't blame us.
Metalunderground.com reserves the right to update the TOS at any time and certainly will in the near future because this document sucks.
